Introductory (Beginner) Classes - 2018
Weekly Introductory Classes:
Our regular weekly beginner program consists of 4 months of classes, 2 hours per class with a tea break mid-way. These classes provide an introduction to Taoist Tai Chiâ„¢ training in a way that is relaxed and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Our goal is that you feel balanced, comfortable and that you have fun. For the first couple of months, beginners work together with an instructor, then join the ongoing participants for the remainder of the program.
Both of these classes will meet at the indicated locations for the first 9 weeks of the program. The remaining time will be at the Quispamsis Civic Center with the Continuing classes.
